30 Day Return policy
We want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To begin, contact our customer support team at info@weston-oxford.com with your order number. Once your return has been received and inspected at our designated return facility, your refund will be processed.

We offer a range of secure payment options at checkout, including Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, so your full card details are not stored by Weston Oxford.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order and provide your order number. We'll do our best to stop the order before it moves into fulfilment.
Once the 4-hour window has passed, your order may already be processing or on its way to you. If cancellation is no longer possible, you can request a return once the order has been delivered, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. After processing, delivery generally takes around 6–9 business days.
The overall estimated timeframe is therefore 7–12 business days. Please keep in mind that these are estimated times and occasional carrier delays or periods of high demand may affect delivery

Where an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
